Why if we touch an ice with our tongue, our tongue always hard to apart with the ice?

The reason is if we touch an ice with our tongue, the ice is melt because of our body temperature (Warm) and then the ice become liquid on our tongue. But after that, the liquid of ice is freeze back to solid (Ice), but it freeze on our tongue so it hard to move the tongue and the ice apart again.
